Requirements:

  • Open scheduling availability
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a server in a  upscale dining establishment
  • Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of Micros System
  • Ability to effectively assist internal and external customers, some of whom may require high level of patience, tact and diplomacy
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work well with co-workers and the public

  • Previous experience in Valet Parking

  • High School Graduate

Catering Catering Manager

Requirements:

  • Ability to maximize hotel revenue by seeking out, identifying, and fully qualifying hotel group and catering business in conjunction with Standards and Polices of Luxe Hotels
  • Expected to provide value added service to the customers by doing whatever is reasonable and possible to meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Expected to contact potential business in local banquet market through appointments or cold calls
  • Experience preparing proposals for client which outline details of proposed functions; coordinates preparation of estimates with other food and beverage departments
  • Experience using sales techniques
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
  • Experience maintaining activity reports
  • Facilitates execution of function; Ensures that events are setup, run in a smooth manner and that the client’s expectations are met
