Requirements:

Ability to maximize hotel revenue by seeking out, identifying, and fully qualifying hotel group and catering business in conjunction with Standards and Polices of Luxe Hotels

Expected to provide value added service to the customers by doing whatever is reasonable and possible to meet or exceed customer expectations

Expected to contact potential business in local banquet market through appointments or cold calls

Experience preparing proposals for client which outline details of proposed functions; coordinates preparation of estimates with other food and beverage departments

Experience using sales techniques

Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors

Experience maintaining activity reports

Facilitates execution of function; Ensures that events are setup, run in a smooth manner and that the client’s expectations are met
